THE INSPECTORS:

Both of our reports feature our 50-Point Inspection. Our reports come in two formats.

COMMERCIAL NARRATIVE REPORT:
This industry-leading report is 25-30 pages and includes pictures of the interior, exterior and problem areas. We are one of the few firms in the country to offer pictures with the report. Each section of the report is summarized at the end so you can clearly and concisely know the condition of the structure. The Platinum Narrative Report takes two working days to prepare.

RESIDENTIAL NARRATIVE REPORT:
Our computer-generated, on-site report includes the 50-Point Inspection. This report also presents our findings in an easy-to-understand manner. Our summary pages condense the areas of concern in an easy-to-read format. This report is delivered at the time of the inspection, which enables the transaction to progress in a timely manner.

YOUR 50 POINT INSPECTION INCLUDES:
(Inspections are conducted to the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics established by the California Real Estate Inspection Association (CREIA) and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).)
